Improving the Ipswich stretch of the A14

To improve the A14 Ipswich. Since July 2012 when Atkins made the 72 Incident Support Operatives that patrolled the A14 Ipswich/Bury St Edmunds stretch of road redundant, any incident on the road now results in massive delays.
We are petitioning for the return of the incident support team, the introduction of 3 lanes of traffic, a longer slip road from the petrol station before the Orwell bridge, west bound and consideration into the Northern Ipswich Bypass.
