Shed loads, huge costs to other drivers and the economy - ensure those responsible pay the costs.

Additional Information

Shed loads, spillages of sometimes noxious materials on the road surface causes damage to our roads. In addition the immense delays caused by the above to everyday drivers on Britains roads causes chaos to all road users. Fines should be levied against the drivers or operators responsible to cover the damage caused and to potentially re-imburse those drivers caught in those delays. by means of reducing road tax for all. These fines should be levied equally whether those responsible are UK or foreign based.
