Make it illegal for the taxpayer to be liable for the costs of any compensation ordered as a result of the Libyan debacle.

Additional Information

There are daily compelling accusations of political and public employee complicity in various criminal acts during the run up to the overthrow and murder of Gaddafi. It MUST be made clear that these people were acting without authority and were NOT representing the UK electorate and taxpayers when committing these criminal acts SO THE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE COSTS.
