Maximum Temprature in Buildings

Additional Information

Whilst there is currently a mimum temprature set for office and other buildings there is no maximum. The government should set a maximum temprature for two reasons, firstly to make buildings more comfortable to work in and secondly to contribute to energy saving, ideally the maximum should be set at about 20-22C
