Car hire companies and unfair charges for minor repairs

Additional Information

Set up a proper unbiased ombudsman to look into unfair and high charges for minor damage to a hire car. This industry does not have this facility. At the moment the car hire industry can charge anything they like, there is not enough protection or redress for the consumer.
