Change the law so that NO council tax is chargeable on a property which is not being lived in.

Additional Information

Recent changes to council tax laws mean that councils can scrap 2nd and holiday home discounts. It is only right and proper, therefore, that councils cannot legally be allowed to charge ANY council tax when a property is not being lived in and the services council tax pays for are not being used.
