Make civil marriage the only lawful marriage in this country

Additional Information

To ensure all marriages and civil unions are equal, the only legally valid marriage should be conducted at a registry office. If people wish to have a religious ceremony as well, that is up to them. If people wish to have a religious ceremony only, they are not legally married.
