Remove Sunday Trading Restrictions
The current limitation of shops only opening for 6 hours on Sundays is incompatible with modern 24 hour British society.
Relaxing these rules so businesses can open when they want on Sunday would provide a much needed stimulus to the economy, creating thousands of extra jobs in the economy and boosting consumer spending without any cost to the taxpayer.
The right for staff to refuse not to work on Sunday based on religious grounds could be debated in parliament as part of the amendments.
