JUSTICE FOR POLICE FAILINGS IN PROCEDURES AGAINST A PERSON

Additional Information

WE WOULD LIKE FOR A CHANGE WHEN THE TIME LIMIT HAS RUN OUT OF 28 DAYS TO INCLUDE CASES WHERE THE POLICE FAILED TO DO THERE DUTY ON INFORMING A PERSON AT THE POLICE STATION, EVERY PERSON SHOULD BE ALLOWED `JUSTICE` IN THE UK AND THE POLICE SHOULD BE HELD TO ACCOUNT FOR `NOT` TELLING A PERSON AND MAKING SURE THAT THAT PERSON FULLY UNDERSTANDS, THIS APPLIES TO TAKING A CAUTION AND IT`S IMPLICATIONS ON DOING SO, THIS ALSO APPLIES TO AN ARREST AND WHAT A PERSON HAS TO BE TOLD IN LAW, PEOPLE THEN HAVE A CHOICE TO SIGN BUT ON NOT DOING SO THERE CAN BE NO `JUSTICE` IN THIS SYSTEM WHICH THE IPCC CAN NOT DEAL WITH DUE TO THE TIME SPAN ABOVE AND OPEN TO POLICE ABUSE AND SETTING SOMEONE UP ON THERE FAILINGS, IT WOULD NOT HOLD UP IN A COURT DUE TO FAILINGS FROM THE POLICE.

SIGN IF YOU THINK THIS WOULD GO SOME WAY TOWARDS EVERYONE GETTING JUSTICE.
