Make it illegal to park in Parent and Child parking spaces if you are not pregnant or have no accompanying children under the age of 12.

Additional Information

I would like the government to make it illegal for people who are not pregnant, or do not have accompanying children under the age of 12, to park in parent and child between the hours of 7am and 7pm.
