Should business fines be tax deductible
I am not prepared to pay my share of UBS's billion pound tax deductible fine for fixing Libor. I shall refuse to pay £50 of tax (income tax, VAT on work done or Council tax) until such time as there is a commitment to change the law to make fines non-tax deductible.
