Improvements to safety on M6 jcts 12-19 especially

Major improvements need to be made to the M6 north west especially Jct 15 northbound , there are constant accidents from 12 to 19 especially and this is a daily occurrence in some cases.
Too many lives are been lost on a regular basis , it needs 4 lanes or hard shoulder controlled use and Jct 15 slip road needs lengthening , please help us to do something before its too late , we can't bring back loved ones but we can try to prevent further loss of life thank you
