Make it illegal for anybody with an insect phobia to be licensed to drive a motor car.
People who have no control over their actions when in the presence of insects should NEVER be given a driving licence. Such people are a clear and present danger to ALL other road users and those other road users need to be protected from ANYBODY who is driving a car and cannot control their bodily actions when confronted with an insect.
