Cease All Funding and Support for Terrorists and Extremist Rebels in Syria. It is impossible to ensure that funding will not fall into the hands of Al-Qaeda. Remove the funding and force the two sides to proceed with dialogue... the only way out of this mess. We don't want another Libya!
