Revise the Lottery Charter

Additional Information

We the people of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland demand that Her Majesty's Government debate in Parliament the Charter of the National Lottery, for the purpose of revising its Charter to;

Ensure ANIMAL WELFARE Charities benefit from all Revenue, Ticket Sales and Forfeited Prize monies.

The National Lottery does NOT by its Charter support Animal Welfare in any form, yet has provided funds of £000's to study "Strawberry Growing"

National Lottery revenue is generated from TAXPAYERS money, a great deal is from people who own pets, work with animals or animal welfare organisations, yet not 1 penny is given over for these causes. This is not acceptable.

Prime Minister and Her Majesty's representatives, I call on you to AMEND the Charter as soon as possible by debate and/or vote in Parliament.

Paul Duncan
Chair, North West English Springer Spaniel Rescue (NWESSR)
