stop council room tax for single people or couples in two bedroom properties

Additional Information

i am a disabled single man of 40 i am ex military were my disabilty comes from i live in a small two bedroom house
i don't mind paying my own way i had a council representitive out the other day
and i was told i had two pay over 9 pound extra a week because i had a spare bedrom because i was on lower rate disablilty i proceeded to ask her if she could move me into a one bedroom flat and she told me that there was none available and there wouldnt be any in the future and i got told i either had to move in with a family member or get a tenent in or pay the cash
i would understand this if a single person was in a three or four bedroom house not a two and for the goverment too treat a ex serviceman this way is a disgrace or any single person is a disgrace it would be a different matter if they had properties too move us into but they dont
so i propose that the tax should be on properties which have two bedrooms spair and above and nothing below that
