Ban All Forms of 'Audible' Bird Scarers

This Petition is calling for the Ban or stricter/tighter control on Gas Bird Scarer's and other forms of Bird Scarers used in a Agricultural setting and likey to cause distress to neighbour's.

Tighter/stricter control is called for as the current NFU advice is NOT adheared to by the majority of farmers.
