Force bank charges to be no more than £5
Currently banks are charging up to £25 per failed bank transaction. so if a direct debit payment for £3.00 gets refused due to insufficient funds you are then charged by the bank £25 making people on benefits and out of work struggle even more.
There is no need for bank charges to be £25 and there should be a limit of a £5 per bank charge for a failed transaction/direct debit.
