Due to the implications that domestic violence can cause and the high risk of re offending this e petition will ensure that all offenders of domestic abuse and violence can be placed on a register to minimise the risk of the serious implications, including, psychological harm to victims especially children are reduced, protect men and women from serious physical harm, automatically alert health and social care professionals to possible abuse and protect the highly vulnerable in society.
