Regulation of Dog Rescue Organisations
Call for the Government to bring in compulsory regulation and licencing for those wishing to set themselves up as dog rescue organisations. It's too easy for people to set themselves up with no thought of assessment of the dogs or proper home-checks for prospective fosters or adopters. This needs to be addressed before more dogs lose their lives through ignorance.
