Stop planned brown bin tax in Derby
Derby City Council have proposed that people would be charged £40 a year to have their garden waste collected, plus a further £20 if they use a second brown bin. This is an undeclared stealth increase in council tax in addition to the planned 1.99% in April. Please stop stealth council tax increases.
