Housing Benefit Mortgage Interest Allowance is capped on a maximum balance of £100,000-00 .This is not enough as renting a room would cost far more than £60 per week which is the maximum current interest payment,with no right to appeal either .The most vulnerable on the highest rate DLA must be protected.It along with all most vulnerable. They are soft targets to their lenders and who cannot defend themselves.The enormous pressures could quite easily cause premature death,strokes and or thus requiring even higher levels of more expensive care.
