Motion of no confidence
In light of the small majority of the government, the divisions within the government, and quite general dislike for the current governments policies by a large portion of the populace I believe a motion of no confidence should be debated in parliament, a motion of no confidence could lead to the forced dissolution of the government and an early general election, as happened in 1979.
