Petition Action

National Service for Juvenile Criminals

Additional Information

We call on the Government to introduce a 5 year National Service in the Army without pay as a sentance for juveniles with 3 or more convictions for criminal offences of an anti-social or violent nature. After the 5 years, providing the person is 18 or older, they would be offered a contract in the Army as a paid recruit, subject to the recommendation of their commanding officer.
