STOP women having children under the age of 21

Additional Information

As Britain is getting more and more overpopulated, i believe that one major factor that is contributing to this problem is the amount of teenagers having children and it shoud not be allowed any longer. With birth rates rising to ridiculous figures it is not only putting a huge strain on the NHS but, overcrowding the country resulting in more and more houses being built everywhere in the UK.
Government should not be going along with this rise in population, BUT be thinking of ways to reduce it.
