Remove penalties on kidbrooke park road bus lane
Remove penalties for car driving on Kidbrooke Park road bus lane. The bus lane is very short, and so cars who mistakenly drive though it (especially at night), following the normal direction of the road (instead of the very abrupt chicane) should not be unfairly penalised.
