Members to answer "Does human life/wellbeing matter more than profit? - Yes/No"
I would like for all members to be honest about a very simple question:
"Does human life/wellbeing matter more than profit? - Yes/No"
With that one simple answer - or any individual's refusal to answer it - the country will be able to see precisely where each representative stands.
There are so many issues facing society today that it feels like we are always playing political whack-a-mole. Petitions and protests abound around cuts to the NHS, welfare services and education; discriminations against race/belief/gender identity/sexual preference/physical and neurological abilities; and our failure to act upon the climate crisis, to name but a few.
All of these issues can be reduced down to a single question: "Does human life/wellbeing matter more than profit? - Yes/No".
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can only accept petitions that request a clear action the Government or House of Commons is responsible for.
Individual MPs are responsible for their own views, and any statements they make.
