WE THE UNDERSIGNED WANT A INDEPENDANT BODY TO OVER SEE THE `POLICE COMPLANTS`, AT THIS TIME AND PER THE `MR VLAZ OF THE SELECT` WHO SAYS THE SAME AND THAT IS THE POLICE SECTIONS ARE `THE POLICE DEALING WITH THE POLICE AND SO IS VERY BIAS` ON THE SIDE OF THEM AS MANY ARE EX POLICE THEMSELVES, THERE MUST BE A SEPERATE BODY WHO ARE NOT LINKED TO THE POLICE AT ALL EXCEPT TO DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC`S COMPLAINTS, AT THIS TIME SOME POLICE OFFICERS THINK THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW AND `BULLY` THE PUBLIC WITH MANY JUST TAKING IT, THIS IS WRONG IN A LEGAL SYSTEM WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE VERY GOOD, AS SEEN IN THE MEDIA OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS MANY HAVE BEEN CAUGHT OUT, THE PUBLIC SHOULD HAVE THIS SECTION TO GET JUSTICE FOR THEMSELVES, AT THIS TIME THERE IS A TIME LIMIT ON COMPLAINTS OF 28 DAYS UNLESS THERE IS A GOOD REASON AND AFTER THAT THE IPCC WILL NOT LOOK INTO THINGS AND THE POLICE HAVE GOT AWAY WITH MAYBE SETTING SOMEONE UP WITH A CRIMINAL RECORD UNTIL THEY REACH 100 YEARS.
