Petition Action

Removal of Benefits for Rioters and those that block public roads

Additional Information

I propose that anyone convicted of riotous assembly and who block public roads are stripped of any entitlement to support from the United Kingdom Government financial or otherwise.

The vaste majority of the population pay taxes through honest work and as such deserve to have the constant benefit of the services to which they duly contribute. To have this removed is an enfringement of the benefits afforded to taxpayers.

To establish what constitutes being arrested for riotous assembly, that includes violence, blockading roads, acting in an intimidatory manner towards members of the public; In order to police this matter in the respective parts of the UK, policing should be sought from neutral parts of the UK, for example, the metropolitan police should police NI riots as they would be neutral and not acting according to a political agenda.
