MP salary reviewed according to performance
MP's remuneration should be performance based and beyond a threshold of 40% of current salary, this should then be subject to a workload model which takes into account attendance and activity at Westminster and within the constitutency, noting the average length of time generlaly taken to answer queries from constituents.
