Increase the number of Female MP's

In time for the next General Election, this e-Petition requests the United Kingdom Parliament takes steps to create 300 'Double-Size' Constituencies, each of which would return 2 MP's.....1 MP voted for from a Male-only list of Candidates and the other 1 MP voted for from a Female-only list of Candidates. The purpose of this forward-looking Representational Reform is not only to equalise numbers of voters per Constituency but to ensure both Genders are more fairly represented in the Parliamentary decision-making process.
