This house would reduce tuition fees to a managable level for everyone.
Whilst we understand that higher education will inevitably incur a cost as it is the students decision to pursue their interest, the tuition fees shouldn't be as high as £9000 p/a.
They would be graded according to household income akin to a progressive tax system. This will lead to increased social mobility and therefore a happier more educated society.
