WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE `POLICE COMMISSIONERS` REGULATED TO STOP THEM FEATHERING THERE OWN NESTS BY EMPLOYING FAMILY AND FRIENDS, THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED IN ONE FORCE AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED AS IT IS FORMING A `GANG` WITHIN THIS OFFICE AND UNFAIR TO OTHERS WHO MAY HAVE A BETTER UNDERSTANDING ON CONTROLLING THE FORCE THEY ARE WITH, IT IS WRONG AND COULD BE DEEMED AS CORRUPT, NEEDS PUTTING INTO THERE CONTRACT.
