Eliminate all council quotas for ethnicity, disability and gender

Additional Information

Start recruiting people based on merit alone. Actively reverse the stereotype of the council by promoting the concept of a new work ethic and the new recruitment policy. Make the council a place where talented people go to work - for the benefit of the community.

This would reduce waste, increase community spirit and might even reduce ill feeling towards taxation!
