Private pensions should be untouchable by governments

Additional Information

I would like to propose that it becomes law that no government, made up of a single party or a coalition can be allowed to access private pensions. This money is absolutely sacrosanct. The public are urged by the government to prepare for their old age. How then can it remain legal that government can impose windfall taxes on private pensions.
