Tesco and other retailers refunding customers who have purchased meat which contained horse meat

Additional Information

I want the goverment to make Tesco , Iceland and the other retailers who sold beef products to give customers a refund for all products purchased that contained beef as it contains horse meat also products have been sold stating it is beef but they have contained pig. tesco will be able to see what products club card members have purchased i want everyone to get money back for being cheated into eating horses and donkeys.
I want all meat products to be DNA tested annuanlly.
