Give IPCC More Powers or set up a Stronger Agency to protect Citizens from police abuses.

Additional Information

We ask that the Independent Police Complaints Commission be given increased powers or even set up another agency that more fully protects the citizens of the UK from police unprofessional conduct and abuses.

Currently police forces can randomly pervert justice and request a Dispensation on frivolous grounds rather than answer the complaint.

The current powers are a mockery of justice and are far from transparent or just for many victims of Police abuse.
