DWP staff should be trained to give the same information every time they are contacted
DWP staff should be trained to give the same answers to the same question. For example, if a member of staff is asked a question on one day and the following day, the DWP are contacted with the same question, a different answer is given.
This needs to be addressed and the staff at the DWP should be trained to respect whoever rings them.
