To change the law regarding gift vouchers and insolvency
To hold Directors and senior management accounatble for potentially obtaining property by deception in continuing to sell gift vouchers that they know would have little or no chance of ever being redeemable when a company hits financial problems.
There must be a change of law to protect the public who part with money in good faith for vouchers, only to see it in effect "stolen" in such circumstances.
The law regarding insolvency and vouchers must be changed to offer protection to the public.
