unfair treatment of people out of work for a long period of time
unfair treatment of people that have been out of work for long periods of time by employers, even some of the most simple jobs look past the CV or application that shows a lack of previous employment. out of 50 applications you are lucky if you hear back from any of them and usually if you do its a polite sorry letter.
i would like to see a change here weather it be apprentice vacancy or to make this treated as discrimination against the applicant.
if nothing is done about this how are people that have families and themselves to think about ever going to get out of the vicious cycle that keeps them claiming benefits
