Allow Community Radio to have higher transmission power

Additional Information

We the undersigned urge the Secretary of State to remove the 25 watt transmission power limitation for Community Radio Stations and instruct OfCom to allocate power according to population need and geographical topology rather than restrict is arbitrarily!
