Take steps to ensure that the ballboy involved in the kicking incident at the Chelsea match is banned from ALL football fields for life.
This 17 year old is a danger to football players and fans and needs to be kept away from temptation. A lifetime ban for him is the ONLY way to put a stop to his arrogance and criminal activity. We have a human right to be protected from animals like this.
