None of the above tick box on Ballot form for all General Elections

Additional Information

Its about time that all those allowed to vote in any government elections should have the ability to have there vote counted, even if there is no canidate they wish to vote for. There should be a box where people who don't wish to vote or who don't like any candidate on the ballot paper can reference there vote in a box called none of the above.
It could also encourage thoses with voting apathy to vote, to register there apathy, and also show the parties that people would like to vote, but whats on offer isn't what they want. Democracy at its best.
