If people in the UK have never worked, don't give them benefits

Additional Information

Anyone in receipt of any unemployment benefit should not be given any money whatsoever if they have never worked a day in their lives. These people are milking the system and they have never had any intention of working. They leave school and go straight into the benefits culture.
