Eliminate time wasted by Police and other agencies searching DVLC database to validate vehicle insurance and MOT. Windscreen stickers fixed by MOT centers along with a valid insurance sticker make it simple to spot a vehicle being used illegally. It is in use on the continent and is mandatory with automatic penalties for failure to display.
