Petition Action

Loss of Human Rights whilst offending

Additional Information

There are many occurrences where offenders have sued victims who, whilst defending there own human rights, have infringed the human rights of the offender.

I would suggest, if someone makes the conscious decision to commit an offence, that, during that offence, whilst they are infringing the human rights of the victim, they are not entitled to the same consideration for human rights during that offence.

This will save the justice system potentially millions of pounds currently spent on ludicrous cases which are beginning to make our justice system farcical. It may even deter would be criminals from committing crimes.
