Make driving while being chased by a police car a murder attempt offence

Additional Information

Drivers that choose not to stop their motor vehicle when clearly are requested so by the police (aggravating when they break the speed limit / break other road rules) should be charged with attempt to murder.

Too many times chasing ends up in innocent people being killed and it should be clear that the fault lies with the law-breaking drivers, even when they think they are only breaking a road rule. It is VERY DANGEROUS and the law should make this clear.

Every time when a chase doesn't end up in somebody being killed / badly injured is just luck, it's not the most likely outcome.

Drivers speeding up while chased by police should know exactly what they are doing / risking:
THEY RISK KILLING INNOCENT PEOPLE!
