Hand Over Road Repairs from Kent County Council to Local Borough Council

Additional Information

Kent County Council clearly cannot cope with repairing our roads and i feel responsibility should be handed over to Local Borough Councils. This in turn means KCC don't get the high amount from our Council Taxes and the Borough Council get more.
Romanian Roads are in a better state than Kent Roads.
