DWP staff should be trained to give the same information every time they are contacted
On contacting the DWP, their staff should give claimants the correct information. For example, if an appointment is needed for Jobcentre Plus to hand a sick note in, claimants should be told this. This saves wasted journeys.
Also, when the DWP are contacted by a letter with questions in said letter, they should contact the claimant as soon as possible preferably with the correct information.
