Hold a referendum on withdrawing Britain from the EU by 31/October/2013.
If Britain votes in favour of withdrawing from the EU the right of Bulgarian and Romanian migrants to come to live and work in the UK will be cancelled immediately. Moreover, no further migrants from Eastern European and Baltic division nations will be permitted.
